Terms for the nemi summer giveaway, run by the ingredient score app nemi.

Prize

Prize: the DAMDAM Discovery Set "The Six" (six mini products), for 1 winner

Set contents:

  • Mini Silk Rice Cleansing Oil (cleansing oil)
  • Mini Nomad's Cream Cleanser (cleanser)
  • Mini Skin Mud Pure Mask (mask)
  • Mini Paradisi Mist Essence (hydrating mist)
  • Mini Citrus Glow Serum (serum)
  • Mochi Mochi Luminous Cream, mini (cream)

How to enter (no purchase needed)

  • 1. Follow the official nemi Instagram account (@nemi_app)
  • 2. Like the campaign post
  • 3. Register your Instagram username from the campaign screen inside the nemi app

You must complete all three steps to enter.

Eligibility

Residents of Japan. Entrants under 18 need a guardian's consent. One entry per person.

Draw and announcement

One winner is drawn within 7 days after the entry period ends and contacted by DM from the official account (@nemi_app) only. If there is no reply within 72 hours, we draw again. The draw is random among all entries. We do not contact anyone other than the winner; the winner DM is the only announcement.

Shipping

  • After you reply to the winner DM, we send you a link to Japan Post's official delivery-address page. You enter your name, address and phone number there yourself, so you never need to send your address in a DM. The details you enter are also passed to us so we can ship the prize. This is not an anonymous delivery.
  • The address link has a deadline: please fill it in within 7 days. If it is not filled in in time, the win may become invalid.
  • The prize ships within 2 to 4 weeks of your address entry (planned for September 2026).
  • Shipping is paid by us. Entering and receiving the prize costs nothing.
  • We ship within Japan only. We cannot ship overseas, including via forwarding services.
  • Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
  • If the prize cannot be delivered (wrong address, extended absence, etc.), the win becomes invalid and we do not reship.
  • If the prize arrives damaged, contact us by DM within 7 days of delivery.

Personal information

The winner's name, address and phone number are entered on Japan Post's delivery-address page. Those details are also passed to us so we can ship the prize (this is not an anonymous delivery). We use them only for shipping and delete them within 30 days of dispatch.

Notes

  • Entries are invalid if you are not following the official account at the time of the draw.
  • The draw is random among all entries.
  • The prize ships within Japan only.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Apple Inc.
  • Watch out for fake accounts. We will never ask for money or passwords. The only link we ever send is Japan Post's official delivery-address page (a japanpost.jp domain). Any other link is fake.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or returned.
  • Entries from multiple accounts or fraudulent accounts invalidate the win.
  • This giveaway may be changed or cancelled without notice.
