FAQ

I scanned a product and it wasn't found

Our database is being expanded continuously. When a product isn't found, you can submit a photo on the spot — we'll review it and add it to the database, usually within a few days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel via your platform's subscription management screen (App Store or Google Play). In the app, tap Settings > Manage subscription for a direct shortcut.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged. Refunds for already-paid periods follow each platform's policy.

How do I delete my account?

Use Settings > Delete my data in the app. This wipes your server-side account, collections, and history. The action cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.

I think a safety rating is wrong

Ratings are calculated automatically from public safety data and a fixed rule set, but new research or product reformulations can outdate them. Email support@nemi.beauty with details and we'll re-evaluate.
